What We Are:The Scottish Rite is voluntary grouping of men who have the conscious decision to make themselves better. Drawn from Masonic traditions and lodges in Iowa's communities, we endeavor to work together to improving ourselves and our community. What We Do:
Scottish
Rite members hold regular Reunions, business meetings, throughout the year.
The Scottish Rite bodies also hold many special meetings and
charitable events, which vary according to
the traditions of each Valley, the five different Iowa Scottish Rite
divisions. These include golf tournaments, holiday parties and Under the direction of the Five Valleys of Scottish Rite in Iowa, the Iowa Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation annually donates over $100,000 to support public education, youth organizations and childhood language programs. This website includes summaries of our work on behalf of Iowa's youth. For more information on the Scottish Rite in Iowa, please explore this website and we encourage you to contact any of our five Valleys or the Iowa Scottish Rite Masonic Foundation for more details.
